Fieldcrest Drive further examines the complex relationship between fact and fiction through highly stylized tableaus of of fictitious families that intercept at times through their children. The narratives presented in these images are abstractions of real-life events relayed to me by the actual participants in the photos and include mothers heroically protecting their children, families in unexpectedly perilous situations, or inanimate objects acting as portraits of our subjective selves.
